On my birthday we went to the battle-site of Culloden. It is a very important place to the Scots. It is like their Gettysburg.

Those 2 ladies were standing there and as I passed by I could hear them speaking in Gaelic.
The memorial cairn.
They have red flags for where the British government stood and blue for where the Jacobites stood.
The clans were buried in mass graves.
So were the Brits.
In the Highlands it is very common to see signs in Gaelic and English.
